Our policy

We want every record and indicator on Love the Philippines to be accurate. If something is wrong, out of date or unfairly presented, tell us. A person reviews every request against the source records. When the records support it, we correct, update or remove the item and list the change below.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and to resolve them within 7 business days. A disputed indicator stays visible marked “disputed — under review” while we check it, unless it contains an obvious error, in which case we take it down sooner.

How to request a correction

1. For a risk indicator, open its page and use Respond or report an error.
2. For any other record or page, use the submission form and include the page link.
3. Say what is wrong and, if you can, link or attach the record that shows the correct information.

Responding is not an admission of anything, and we do not treat it as one.
