Terms of Use
Love the Philippines is run by Kooya. By using this site you agree to these terms.
1. Public-record data
Figures on this site come from public government sources such as the DBM, DPWH Transparency portal, PhilGEPS and COA, as listed on Sources. Each record links back to its source. We may make errors when collecting, matching or summarizing records, and the source documents are authoritative.
2. Indicators are anomalies, not accusations
Risk indicators and contractor grades are automated, data-derived signals that a record may be worth a closer look. They are not findings of fraud, corruption or wrongdoing, and they are not a government rating or blacklist. See the methodology. Anyone named can respond through the right-of-reply form on each indicator page.
3. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Verify important facts against the original source before relying on them. To the extent allowed by law, Kooya is not liable for losses arising from use of the site.
4. Submissions
When you submit evidence, documents, photos or a response, you confirm that you have the right to share it, that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not include other people’s private personal information beyond what is necessary. Do not submit unlawfully obtained material, threats, or content meant to harass or defame. Submissions are reviewed by people before anything is published, and we may decline or remove any submission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass rate limits, scrape it in ways that degrade service, submit automated or bulk responses, or misrepresent who you are. Reuse of our summaries is welcome with attribution to Love the Philippines and the original source.
6. Corrections
See our corrections and takedown policy.
7. Contact
To respond to an indicator, use the form on its page. For anything else, use the submission form.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version.
Effective October 23, 2026.
