FE IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU, A PROTECTED AREA WITH THE CATEGORY OF PROTECTED LANDSCAPE AND SEASCAPE UNDER THE NATIONAL INTEGRATED PROTECTED AREAS SYSTEM, TO BE REFERRED TO AS THE BANTAYAN ISLAND PROTECTED LANDSCAPE AND SEASCAPE, PROVIDING FOR ITS MANAGEMENT, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
