Government cash, debt and taxes
Where the money actually came from and went in January–September 2026: the National Government's cash revenues, spending, borrowing and debt payments from the Bureau of the Treasury, and taxes collected by the BIR in every region, province and city. Each figure links to the official file.

Budget versus cash
The FY2026 budget made ₱7.43 trillion available to agencies (DBM COMPASS, as of Q2). The Treasury paid out ₱4.84 trillion in cash in January–September 2026, including ₱772.05 billion in interest and ₱1.05 trillion in local government allotments. See obligations and disbursements by agency.
COMPASS counts disbursements by agency against appropriations. The Cash Operations Report counts actual cash leaving the Treasury, including interest. Their coverage and timing are different, so the two figures are not expected to match.
