AN ACT UPGRADING THE ENTRY LEVEL POSITION OF REGISTERED NURSES IN ALL PUBLIC HEALTH INSTITUTIONS LIKE GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL CENTERS, LOCALLY-FUNDED HOSPITALS, AND NURSES EMPLOYED IN GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS, FROM SALARY GRADE 15 TO SALARY GRADE 19, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION 32 OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9173, AS AMENDED, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "PHILIPPINE NURSING ACT OF 2002"
