AN ACT DECLARING CERTAIN MARINE WATERS AND COASTAL AREAS LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILAR, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, A PROTECTED AREA UNDER THE NATIONAL INTEGRATED PROTECTED AREAS SYSTEM (NIPAS), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7586, AS AMENDED, WITH THE CATEGORY OF PROTECTED SEASCAPE AND SEAGRASS MEADOWS, TO BE REFERRED TO AS THE TUCAD REEF PROTECTED SEASCAPE AND SEAGRASS MEADOWS, PROVIDING FOR ITS MANAGEMENT AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
